Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026 · Last updated: July 22, 2026

Kashboard (“Kashboard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you access or use the Kashboard website, software application, APIs, integrations, communications, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

This Privacy Policy also describes the choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Service.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Kashboard in connection with:

  • The Kashboard website and application;
  • User accounts;
  • Business and financial-management features;
  • Bookkeeping and reporting tools;
  • Bank and financial-data connections;

  • Marketing communications;
  • Lifetime Deal and promotional-code redemptions; and

This Privacy Policy does not apply to independently operated third-party websites, products, or services, even where they integrate with or are linked through Kashboard. Those third parties process personal information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

2. Our Role When Processing Personal Information

Depending on the circumstances, Kashboard may act as either a controller or a processor of personal information.

When Kashboard Acts as a Controller

Kashboard generally acts as a controller when determining how and why personal information is processed for purposes such as:

  • Creating and administering Kashboard accounts;
  • Billing and subscription management;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Communicating with users;
  • Operating and securing the Service;
  • Preventing fraud and system abuse;
  • Analyzing use of the Service; and
  • Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

When Kashboard Acts as a Processor

If a business customer uploads, imports, or otherwise submits personal information concerning its customers, employees, contractors, suppliers, or other individuals, Kashboard may process that information on behalf of the business customer.

In those circumstances, the business customer is generally responsible for:

  • Providing required privacy notices;
  • Obtaining necessary permissions and consents;
  • Establishing a lawful basis for processing;
  • Responding to privacy requests; and
  • Ensuring its instructions to Kashboard comply with applicable law.

Individuals seeking to exercise rights concerning information controlled by a Kashboard business customer should ordinarily contact that customer directly.

Where required, Kashboard may enter into a separate data processing agreement with a business customer.
